   Just love the snowy scenes! Pity we are not better equipped to handle it as a country however. I would not object no snowy winters every year! (Though obviously, they would be a bad thing and a result of global warming!).

   I feel the same way — I like a bit of snow or alternatively lots of snow with a city equipped to deal with it! I cannot believe we are going to get 10 more days of this…But that is what they were saying on the news this evening. My street at the moment is like one giant sheet of ice — pretty scary for walking much less driving.

   What a gorgeous street view. Things not so bad in Cork City, although salt levels are described as ‘critical’ by the council so Sunday’s snowy spell could bring disaster. Nice weather for picking through papers by the fire. should have time on hands to give blood too – 6 emergency clinics set up around country as stock levels running low. your picture would make a gorgeous Christmas card next year Karlin
